MOBILE SERVICES - Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
PICTON (SERENDIPITY YOGA, ARMOURY BUILDING) - Wednesdays only
BELLEVILLE (ABSOLUTE WELLNESS QUINTE) - Thursdays

Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology is based on the premise that there are reflexes in the feet that correspond to other body parts, organs, glands, and systems. By stimulating these reflexes, reflexology can help to promote homeostasis (or balance) in the body, increase circulation, reduce tension, support peri-menopause and menopause, improve immune and digestive function, encourage sleep, and so much more!

Hot Stone Foot Reflexology
All of the benefits of foot reflexology, with the added benefits of heat therapy. Heat therapy is the practice of applying heat to the body for healing and pain relief.
Hot stone reflexology can help to ease muscle tension and pain in feet and lower legs, reduce muscle spasms, increase flexibility, promote sleep, boost immunity, increase circulation, nutrient absorption, and collagen extensibility, and much more!
Holistic Head Massage
Holistic head massage combines aspects of traditional Indian head massage, or champissage, (read more here!) and Facial Reflexology - Bergman Method, to create a heavenly duo of massage and reflexology that targets the upper back, shoulders, chest, neck, head, and face. Head massage encourages circulation, relieves tension and pain, and assists in balancing the body. Skin and hair benefiting oils to promote skin, scalp, and hair health are included in the treatment.
Book as a stand-alone treatment or as an add-on to foot reflexology.
Swedish Massage
This classic full-body massage promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension, and supports circulation using light to moderate pressure.
Flowing strokes and gentle kneading help calm the nervous system, making it ideal for stress relief, improved sleep, and overall well-being. A soothing experience tailored to help you unwind both physically and mentally.
Firmer pressure can be applied as needed, based on your comfort and preferences.
